Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or a store credit less the restocking and original shipping fees. Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. After receiving a return authorization, you may ship the items back to us, shipping costs on your behalf. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or store credited.
We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery. The refund or a credit wil not be issued for such items.
You should expect to receive your refund or store credit, less the restocking and original shipping fees within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund or a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or a store credit once we have received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship on the same business day from our main location in California. In some cases, we ship directly from our suppliers. In these cases, we will notify you by email. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that we strive to keep freight costs low and tend to use USPS express flat rate as this also enables us to track your packages.
We are not responsible for any international orders that are lost , stolen or damaged in delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the U.S. when standard shipping is used as it is not insured or tracked.
We use the standard international USPS services for all international orders in order to minimize the shipping flat rate. This service does not provide the receiver with a tracking number. If you need to upgrade the shipping service in order to receive the tracking number for international orders, please contact us at email@example.com and we will give you a shipping quote.
